We live in an era where most men perceive that the way we dress means yes. Well, truth be told, it does not.
Showing cleavage is NOT consent. Wearing mini-skirts and shorts is NOT consent. Also, being drunk is NOT consent. Walking alone is NOT consent.
Stop trying to get attention by putting women into creepy and uncomfortable situations. Stop trying to limit our right to exist in public places and wear whatever we want to wear without being sexually attacked. You can compliment/appreciate a girl while respecting her as well. The length of someone's clothes is not, in any way, a manifestation of consent.
I am Chelsea; My name is not "baby"; I am Chelsea; I am not flattered by the phrase, "Sakay ka na, miss"; I am Chelsea; I hate when someone I don't know whistles and winks at me; I am Chelsea; I am a woman; and I stand against street harassment.
